New Lenten Daybreaks Author is Familiar to Liguorian Readers

Our popular Daybreaks series of reflections for Lent and Advent is often recognized by the acclaimed authors who provide daily insights for the holy seasons. Our Lent 2021 edition relies on a familiar voice for many of our regular readers.

Fr. Byron Miller, CSsR, is President and Publisher at Liguori Publications. His daily meditations show us where we can find the living Jesus in ourselves and others. Father Byron’s “From The President and Publisher” column appears monthly in  Liguorian magazine, and he has authored several other publications including Remoulade and Ramos: A Love Story to New Orleans, Retreat with Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos, An Hour with St. Anne, and many others.

In addition to his role as President and Publisher of Liguori Publications, Father Byron is the former Director of the National Shrine of Blessed Francis Seelos and Vice Postulator of the Seelos Canonization Cause. He was ordained a Redemptorist priest in 1990. He served on the Liguori Publications Board (2006-08) and on the Extraordinary Council of the Denver Province of Redemptorists (2005-07).
