Embracing the Beauty of Change Addresses Challenges of Aging

Change is inevitable, but God’s love for us is constant. A woman’s middle-age years are a rush of adjustments, and she is bombarded by images and offers to help recapture her youth.

Amid all of the distractions and battles for attention, a strong foundation can be found in the sacred Scripture and particularly in St. Paul’s letter to the Phillipians. “Whatsoever is true, whatsoever is honorable, whatsoever is just, whatsoever is pure, whatsoever is gracious, whatsoever is lovely . . . think on these things.”
