Return Policy

Liguori Publications Return Policy

All returns will be made at the customer's expense. Items that do not meet the following criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Credit will be issued for all returnable products as long as they are returned within 90 days from the date of the invoice. Copies of original invoices or packing slips should be provided.

Items must be returned and received in salable condition. Credit cannot be given for shopworn, damaged, autographed, stickered, and/or sticker residue items. Liguori Publications is not responsible for items that are damaged in the process of return.

Items cannot be returned if they were sold on a non-returnable basis. Non-returnable items include but are not limited to:

• Standard Pamphlets and Deluxe Pamphlets

• Newsletters

• Prayer Cards

• Bulletins

• Seasonal Booklets (eg.: Daybreaks, Un Nuevo Comienzo)

• Products indicated as Clearance or Sale items

• Blu-Ray discs, DVD’s, CD’s, audio cassettes and other digital products that have been removed from their plastic wrap are non-returnable.

• Bibles and editions of The Catechism of the Catholic Church

What to do when you receive defective or damaged merchandise/products:

• Defectively manufactured products may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for replacement with the identical product.
• If your merchandise was damaged in shipment, you must hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, your claim cannot be honored.
• Returned damaged or defective items must be packed flat and NOT on their spine. Empty space within the carton must be filled with white paper, bubble pack or Styrofoam packing. Do not use newspaper for packing as the ink from the paper will transfer to the items.
• Allow three weeks for a refund or 1-2 billing cycles for a credit. All refunds or credits are made to the original form of payment.

Items purchased using case quantity discounts:

Only items in original packaging are returnable.
