The word "Charism" means gift. Each religious order and congregation has a unique spirituality and mission, called its charism that is seen as a gift to the world from God.

This book contains nearly thirty reflections, each by a different Redemptorist priest, Brother, or lay missionary on the charism of the Redemptorist Congregation in the world.
