Life My Story: A Post-Confirmation Course for Teenagers
Why do many young people see the Church as irrelevant to their everyday lives? Why do many drift away after confirmation? What can be done?
World Youth Day, pilgrimages, school retreats and diocesan events may offer teens real faith experiences, but when they return from these “mountain-top” moments there is often little support and encouragement to help them continue to grow in faith.
This activity program continues to develop the faith of young people after Confirmation by linking their experience and faith through action. Life uses a pastoral approach to formation inviting teens to see (be aware of their surroundings), to judge (through discernment or reflection), and then to act. The See, Judge, Act model is a well-tried approach that enables young people to discover how to live the Gospel events and circumstances in their daily lives.
This is the Student's book. There is also a Leader's Guide, Life: A Post-Confirmation Course for Teenagers. Both books are four-color throughout.

Danny Curtin has been involved in assisting Catholic youths for over 15 years. He currently works with the international Young Christian Workers team based in Rome, designing and supporting training of young leaders across the world.
Tom Caluori has spent a lifetime working with young people He completed an MA in Pastoral Studies at Heythrop College, researching youth ministry. He worked as Youth Ministry Coordinator in Croydon Deanery and then as Chaplain at Croydon College of Further Education. He is now Chair of the Croyden Deanery Youth Product and continues as adult companion to groups of teenagers.
