Deacon Lex Ferrauiola holds a master's degree in pastoral ministry. He was ordained as a permanent deacon for the Archdiocese of Newark, New Jersey in 1992. Currently, he serves as a pastoral minister and spiritual director at Our Lady of Mount Carmel in Tenafly, NJ. In addition to serving his parish community, Deacon Lex is a husband, father, and grandfather. He also volunteers as a hospital chaplain serving our sisters and brothers who suffer with emotional and psychiatric pain. Deacon Lex has published three books on Catholic spirituality.
