Advent Pilgrims

Each Advent is a pilgrimage—a holy journey to the celebration of the birth of our Savior. Ursuline Sister Bridget Haase serves as our spiritual guide for this season, offering reflections on each day’s Mass readings to help us move along the path, preparing our hearts for the Christmas celebration. She invites us to “pack up our spiritual desires, fill our canteens with the living water of God’s word, slip on our sandals of sacrifice, and take hold of our walking staffs of persevering commitment.” In the company of our faith community, the prophets, and the evangelists, she accompanies and guides us as we set out for the little town of Bethlehem.
