Registering is easy and enables you to place your orders through our web site whenever you want. Once you’ve placed an order, you can easily access your order history and status, plus you can start a wish list of desired publications. You’ll also occasionally receive special offers from Liguori. Remember, your privacy is of the utmost importance to us.

Liguori offers several shipping options, including US Postal Service, UPS ground, second-day air, next day, etc. During checkout, you’ll have the opportunity to compare prices for the various options, as well as expected or guaranteed delivery dates, and choose the one that best fits your needs. Please be aware that each shipping method may have specific requirements, such as the need for a street address (a post office box cannot be used). Liguori ships to domestic and international destinations.
For your convenience, your order ships the same day, when placed before 1 pm CST. While in most cases you won’t be able to change or cancel an order once entered, it will leave our warehouse without delay.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and Liguori accept returns of most products in salable condition made within one year from the invoice date. CD's and DVD's must be unopened. Returns of out-of-print products must be made within six months from the date the item went out-of-print.
Pamphlets, deluxe pamphlets, leaflets, prayer cards, prayer services, and dated materials are non-returnable items. For more information on making a return, see our Returns Policy.
Marketing codes are printed numerical codes appearing on the back cover of catalogs and at the bottom of flyers and other materials. By entering the marketing code during checkout, you will receive any discounts associated with the catalog or other materials. If you do not have a marketing code, simply leave the box blank.
Yes, parishes, dioceses, schools, and institutions will receive money-saving discounts for orders based on the quantity purchased. Standard discounts are set at the time of registration, based on your customer type. To learn more, call us at (800) 325-9521.

Credit will be issued for all returnable products as long as they are returned within one (1) year from date of invoice. Out-of-print titles will be accepted for return up to six months from the date that the item went out-of-print.
All items must be in salable condition. Credit cannot be given for shopworn, damaged, or autographed items, as well as for items that have been stickered or contain sticker residue.
Items cannot be returned if they were sold on a non-returnable basis. All pamphlets, prayer cards, seasonal items, bulletins, and cases are non-returnable. All videos, DVDs, CDs, cassettes, and computer software that have been removed from their plastic wrap are non-returnable.
If your merchandise was damaged during shipment, you must hold the original carton and damaged merchandise for inspection; otherwise, the claim cannot be honored.
Defective manufactured books, computer software, videos, CDs, DVDs, and cassettes may be returned within thirty (30) days of receipt for replacement with the identical product. Please call (800) 325-9521.
Returned items not meeting these criteria will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.
- Copies of original invoice or packing slips should be provided with the returned item.
- Items must be packed flat and NOT on their spines. Empty space within the carton must be filled with white paper, bubble wrap, or styrofoam packing. Please do not use newsprint, as the ink rubs off on items.
- Please allow three (3) weeks for a refund, or 1-2 billing cycles for a credit.
- All refunds or credits are made to the original form of payment.
Some customers inquire if Liguori faith-formation and catechetical products have been submitted to the Subcommittee on the Catechism for review.
According to the criteria authored by the Subcommittee, the kinds of materials accepted must fit a definition. Should materials not fit the definition the Subcommittee on the Catechism does not accept them. Due to confusion among customers asking for approval that could not be granted, several Catholic publishers asked the Subcommittee for a statement clarifying the range of materials accepted.
